Terms and Conditions

• I/We hereby indemnify and keep indemnified the Bank from and against all actions, claims, demands, liabilities, obligations , losses , damages, costs ( including without limitation interests and legal fees) and expenses of whatsoever nature (whether actual or contingent) suffered, incurred, sustained by or threatened against the Bank whatsoever arising from or in connection with the Bank registering your e-mail address as your official address to send any correspondences, account statements, notices and other notifications and the Bank acting upon as aforesaid.
• I / We hereby authorize Seylan Bank PLC to use above Email address as the corresponding address to be registered with Bank to send any correspondences/statements/notices which the Bank in its sole discretion.
• I/We hereby undertake to inform Seylan Bank PLC immediately of any change in any information/declaration contained herein signed for and on behalf of me/us/the Company in accordance with the resolution / authorization submitted to Seylan Bank PLC at the point of account opening or updating of instructions with the Bank.
• I/We hereby confirm that the information given above is correct and complete and I/We hereby authorize Seylan Bank PLC to verify same with any document and/or source that had been submitted to Seylan Bank PLC by me/us/ the Company.
