- Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs) which total assets value is below LKR 75 Million excluding land and building.
The following manufacturing and industrial sub-sectors will be eligible for financing under SMILE III revolving fund loan scheme
- Tea (to be considered value addition under packaging)
- Coir
- Rubber
- Footwear
- Plastic
- Textile & Apparel
- Food products
- Herbal products
- Information Technology (excluding Trading)
- Gem & Jewellery (Design development and introduction of new technology)
- Handlooms and handicrafts
- Leather
- Packaging
- Ceramics
- Spices (Value addition)
- Wood products
- Production of Machinery, tools & apparatus / Metal products and allied industries
Maximum Loan Quantum
- LKR 25,000,000.00
Repayment Period
- 10 years with an optional grace period of 02 years.
